出血性疾病危急值专家共识(2023版)
出血性疾病危急值专家共识(2023版)
“危急值”是指当出现这种检查结果时提示患者处于临床危急状态,随时可能面临着生命危险,需要迅速有效的干预措施以挽救患者生命[1]。目前,对于出血性疾病患者临床危急值的制订和管理缺乏统一的临床标准,从而给出血性疾病患者临床救治工作带来了挑战。因此,本共识拟通过整理相关文献形成高质量的临床证据,同时广泛征求和整合专家意见,根据牛津循证医学中心的标准,将证据水平分为5级,即Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级,推荐意见分为A级、B级、C级、D级,制订出血性疾病临床危急值专家共识,为出血性疾病患者的临床救治提供参考。
